Let the celebrations continue beyond January 1st! Chinese or Lunar New Year begins February 1st and continues to February 11th. This year of 2022 is the Year of the Tiger. People born in years of the Tiger are vigorous and ambitious, daring and courageous, enthusiastic and generous, self-confident with a sense of justice and a commitment to help others for the greater good. Cool, huh? There are so many cool traditions and customs during the Chinese New Year. Not to mention the amazing food! Each of the dishes we present have a special meaning during the festivities.
